In loving memory of Phillip Hooton who sadly passed away on 22nd January 2018.
A much loved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather following a long journey with Alzhiemers disease.
The love and compassion that Phil showed to all that he met was unlimited. All that knew him never spoke a bad word against him.
