Passed away peacefully at home on 2nd February 2018, Martin aged 1 year.
Much loved son of Dan and Emma, He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
Funeral service at East Devon Crematorium on Wednesday 28th February at 12.15pm.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired for 'Little Bridge House' Children's Hospice South West and Save Babies UK by retiring collection or may be sent to
