As a Family, we would like to give our grateful thanks to All Medical and Nursing Staff at The Great Western Hospital, for their kindness, care and support to both dad and us during his admissions. Also, to All the Staff at King's Court Care Centre for their Kindness, care and support to dad and us during his stay with them.
