Peacefully in hospital on February 25th aged 74 years, Vera (nee Hall). The beloved wife of Jack. The devoted mam of John. The much loved mother-in-law of Elaine. The proud nana of Ethan and Olivia. The loving sister of Margaret and Brenda. The dear sister-in-law of Terry and Billy. A much loved aunty and friend to many. Friends please meet on Thursday March 8th for service in Durham Crematorium at 10.30am. All are welcome afterwards to Houghton Rugby Club for refreshments. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu if so desired to Cancer Research. A collection plate will be provided at the crematorium. All enquiries to Andrew Grey Funeral Directors, 30 Station Road, Hetton. Tel: 0191 5265800.
