In loving memory of Elizabeth 'Ann' Slack who passed away suddenly but peacefully at Stubby Leas Nursing Home on 25th February 2018, aged 77 years. Dearly loved wife of Brian, treasured mother of Lorna, Jenny and Mary, mother in law to Eddie, Jamie and Gareth, adored nanny of Sarah, Ellie, Geraint, James, Harri and Cadi, great nanny of Alex and Anna and sister to David, Barbara and Sue. Sadly missed by all.
