In loving memory of the late Baby Oscar-Nicholas Cooper who passed away on 7th December 2014..my babyboy passed away due to having an extra chromisone 13 (patau syndrome) he fought for 13 days of his short life and sadly lost his battle on the 7th off december 2014,oscar touched alot of peoples hearts&was verry loved,we miss him dearly&would do anything for our angel to be with us only heaven needed another angel and chose my boy,rest easy son mommy&daddy have no words for how broken/hurting we are,rest easy baby xxx
