Words to describe a Mother in law in my case are AWESOME as I had the best 2nd Mum. Always greeted with a smile and a hug and wanting to hear your news. Such a selfless person is rare and though many have said the same she was one in a million so kind and generous with her love. Richly blessed is how I feel to have had a mother in law as special as you.

So many words can describe a grandmother, but she was one of a kind, so caring, loving, gentle and just a wonderful person! She always greeted you with a smile and a warm hug. Always had a lot of love and don’t forget numerous pots tea on the go throughout many times of the day!

Nan, I love you to the moon and back and thank you for the wonderful memories and being the best Nan around! RIP my lovely

Wonderful Nan, who had been through so much and who I miss more than words can say.

You used to tell me that you loved your children and then your grandchildren so fiercely and wholly that you struggled to imagine how you would find any more love in your heart for another child, another grandchild, another great grandchild … but that your heart grew with each and every one of us. You were capable of more love than seems possible and I am forever grateful for how cared for and special you made me feel.

I will always remember you as the kind, funny and generous person you were.

Thank you so much for your love, your time, your humour and perhaps most importantly, the endless cups of tea.

With love always,
Emily xx
