Thankyou to taking me to my first ever live football match. I'll never forget it and since then I have become a life-long Southampton fan through thick and thin (more thick than thin this season!)
Rest in peace Uncle Geoff...a saint goes marching in!

Adelina, Brian, Lieza, Nina, Tina & Neil Deeks donated £100 in memory of Geoffrey

It's been a while Geoff, but we still remember your glasses, your grin, your shiny bald head, your "yes Adelina, I heard what you said" your carving, your cutting, your hammering, your tutting, just like a magician, your creations were made. Pencil behind your ear, thinking cap on, there was nothing beyond you, just like a good song, you brought smiles to our faces, whilst you went through your paces!
The Deeks family and Chapelgate certainly did that!
Now rest your weary legs, your tired clever hands, even magicians must draw lines in the sand.
Enjoy watching on, from your place in the sun, we won't ever forget all that you've done.
Sometimes people need fixing and propping up, just like an old shelf or a broken cup, in tough times and good, you were there for it all, with what you could do, however big or small.
Thank you Geoff Vincent, you really were special and you sure made your mark, just like Auntie Beryl.
You can have a good chat now that no one is listening, about all the world threw at you and what you gave back.

Rest in Peace Geoff,
From the Deeks family
