Helena Foster (17 Apr 1949 - 7 Apr 2018)

Truly a very special, inspirational and incredible woman. Helena was like a second mum to me as I made my way through my awkward teenage years, practically living at her house when I wasn’t at my own home. Wise, always there to talk to, providing a shoulder to cry on, giving me sound and solid advice and always ready to forgive. You taught me many things and those lessons I have passed on to my own child.
Forever smiling, and with an amazing sense of humour, I will miss you greatly. Love and miss you xxx

Truly an amazing lady.. was a great influence throughout my childhood .. will be greatly missed and never forgotten, spent time teaching me how to crochet, and was always about with a waiting ear to listen and always had great advice to give. Love you x
