Peacefully in hospital on April 8th aged 95 years, Ivy (nee Cummings). The devoted wife of the late Albert. The loving mam of Harry, Brian and the late Wilf and mother-in-law to Wendy. A much loved grandmother and great grandmother. Friends please meet on Tuesday 24th April for service in Christ Church Seaham at 11:45am. Committal to follow at Sunderland Crematorium. All are welcome afterwards to Seaham Conservative Club for refreshments. All enquiries to Andrew Grey Funeral Directors, 30 Station Road, Hetton. Tel: 0191 5265800. Loved and remembered always.

I would just like to thank everyone for their kind messages, thoughts, cards and support at this difficult time for Harry, Wendy, me and the family. It was lovely to see so many at the club and we enjoyed a laugh, mother would have been so happy. I don't know if this is an appropriate place to comment on Andrew Grey and his team but we couldn't have asked for more from them. They were human, caring, professional and with a sense of humour. I would have no fears at all in recommending Andrew Grey as Funeral Directors.
