In loving memory of Colin Cummings who was sadly taken from us on 14th April 2018, with his family around him. A much loved Husband of Christine, a loving Dad and Grandad.
No flowers please, donations in lieu to The British Lung Foundation.
Dress code is smart and respectable please, but Black is not compulsory.
