In loving memory of Ronald Palmer who sadly passed away on 30th March 2018 age 78.

Ronald was truly one in a million. He was well liked by all who met him. No one had a bad word to say about him. A true gentleman.

Loving husband to Beryl, and father to Veronica, Andrew, Stephen, Marie and Lisa. Amazing grandad to Emma, Sarah, Jenny, Kayleigh, David, Molly, Toni, Connor, Callum, Ethan, Jordan, Brandon, and Jayden and great grandad to Leah, Evie, Natasha, Amelia, Maxi and Freddie.

His family continued to grow and he welcomed each new member with open arms, including his son and daughter-in-law's and grandson and grandaughter-in-law's.

Ronald thought the world of his family and was never happier than when he was surrounded by them all.

We have many happy memories that we will all treasure forever. He is sorely missed by us all.

Until we meet again.

Grandad.. I can’t begin to explain to you how much I miss you. Your great personality filled the room.Your attitude towards life is something I really admire about you and always will. Your so brave and kind. I will forever remember your funny sayings and your infectious laugh.. Our memories of holidays , chrismases , birthdays and all the rest. Your story’s I could listen to all day long listening to how brave you was right from the start. Grandad your we’re the only grandad me and David had but we like he said we needed no one else. I love you so much. And thank you for everything but it’s your time to take it easy now. ❤️

It's impossible to put into word's just how great a man you truly was.The only grandad I ever had and quite simply the only one I'll ever need.Such a beautiful, kind and gentle soul that I was so incredibly lucky to witness. My life was made so much better for having you such a big part of it.I will remind my boys on a regular basis just how great you were with pictures and story's of perfect memories we made together.Thank you for the Holidays, the birthday parties, the family day's out,the special Christmases, thank you for your infectious old fashioned ways that made it so easy to fall in love with you.I guess what I'm trying to say is thank you for being you.

I think about you every day,I hear your voice in my head every day,I will love you every day and I'll miss you every day until I see that cheeky loveable smile once again.

Goodbye grandad thank you for being my grandad the best grandad anyone could ever dream of having 💙🕯😭

Fond memories of a true gent, who always made me feel welcome when I came to stay at weekends, who teased us mercilessly for our differences in music tastes (us girls had to stick together), but always done with fun, laughter and a little sarcasm, memories I will treasure. RIP Ron xxx
