In loving memory of Gwyneth Lilian Warburton who sadly passed away on 2nd May 2018

Where do you start with this one other than our mum gave us all wonderful memories that will be cherished until we meet her again.
Mum was the youngest of four two brother one sister.
Being the youngest mum had her own way of being Gwen.
Dad first meet mum in lewisham courted and married in 1962.
First child came along in 1963. Three further girls and two boys.
Happy times (mum) made it her best. Always looked after us food on the table, clean clothes, new socks always.
Gave us all great memories trying her best to share out all mum could.
Having a caravan we were so lucky. Hearing mum sing in the club house well Not sure if that could fail into lucky.!!!

Allowing us all to stay up whilst dad was working late. We all loved that one.

1977 silver jubilee dressing up for the street party, singing in the club house, playing bingo, taking us to see shows,
I can recall mum swimming in the 1970 (which must add mum was good)

Now mums singing well that had a sound all of its own ask any of us children or come to mention it grand children especially James being dragged up,and just adding no no into part of the song. Mum loved music.
Mum and dad travelled to many places which mum loved. Mum lived life to the full while she could and enjoyed every moment.
Always made anyone welcome at her house, food included too.
Christmas time so special ,big tree, table set,
Mum stressing over dinner, but it always came good mum, even if we didn't always eat your dinners!!!
Now the puddings always eaten.
Mum making a curry !! a red one at that, (boy was mum good at that.) Steak pie was dads favourite.
Me i loved the rock cakes.

Mum had hair styles that matched he personality!!
Now some well, No no no is the answer to that one. However mum wasn't and didn't like being normal at all,
fun loving is the clue there.
So many grandchildren were also to follow and of course great grandchildren. Some sadly mum will never meet!

Three of mums favourite things.
(1) fry's chocolate cream which mum loved. Now as children we would walk at least two mile to get this, but back then it was the only place opened on a Sunday. But Mum loved it.
(2) Now back in the 1970 it was a real treat to have Chinese take away.
A Chinese take away was to become one of mums favourite meals.
(3) Port and Lemon was our mums tipple.

Sadly mum was to become poorly, but let me tell you mum always came back, larger than before.
Mum's strong willed, kept mum going always battling the odds never given in.
However in January this year being 2018, Mum's illness was to catch up with her.
But mum being mum fought all the way. Good days and bad.
In April 2018 mum became to poorly, the hospice (St Christopher's) was now mum place.
However this wasn't a sad occasion for our mum it was hard at first but we did our best to keep mum upbeat.
Now two of mum's favourite things were had at the hospice a lovely Chinese take away and oh yes you guessed it Port and Lemon which i must add David when out on a limb to get mum this.
Mum had a beautiful day in the gardens with some of her grand children totally glowing was our Mum.
A very big surprise for mum was to be had, Cheryl coming though the door the photos say it all.

Mum we had good times hard times low times and will never ever forget the love you shared with us while staying with you at the hospice.
Rest in peace dear Mum
But remember most of all we love you.
