Debs, you touched the lives of everyone you met. Your smile, your laugh, the twinkle in your eye, but also your quiet yet steely determination and the enthusiasm and dedication you gave to everything. You truly were one of the most gifted children I have ever taught; not only did you excel in literacy, maths, science and sports, but you were also gifted in your manner with people.
