In loving memory of John Antony Whiteoak who sadly passed away on 28th May 2018, aged 57 Years.
He will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends.

John asked that those attending the funeral wear smart casual dress, no suits and no black. He would also like donations made to Sarcoma UK rather than flowers
