Alec, you were one of the most inspirational young men I ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with. Already miss your cheating antics whilst playing frustration, we killed so many hours playing that game! Miss you, sleep tight. Hannah x

Once met never forgotten. I thank you Alec for being such a true friend to my girls. I remember the long chats you and Abigail had chatting Sims and pokemon. Coming to pick her up and take her out for the day. You made her last few months fun. All the fun you had winding up carers, so many memories.
Your free from pain now and now you and Abigail can be together again causing havoc in heaven. Never alone x x x

My darling Alec,

I have so many beautiful memories from when we were younger. Sitting in church mucking around instead of actually listening and joining in like we should of been doing. I removed your infections smile and laugh and how no matter my mood it always lifted when I saw you. We were born on the same month and in the same year and that simple thing made us close childhood friends. As we grew up we both got busy as people do but I loved watching you grow and thrive through your updates and photos on Facebook. Alec the world has lost one of the most kind beautiful souls. I will hold you in my heart always.

Dearest Alec

I remember when you boys were born, and then when we met up on the old C1 ward. You and Connor were so cheeky in your hospital cots! Then all we seemed to do was bump into each other at the hospital! One thing I'll always remember is that you never stopped smiling, and your lovely, amazing mum was always smiling too! Nothing ever seemed to get you down. Although we weren't close friends, I'll never forget you or the impact you've had on so many lives. Keep smiling up there.

Rest in peace amazing Alec

Love Tracy, Connor and Charley xxxx

I sadly never knew Alec like so many other people. I met Alec a couple of times, and he was such a funny, dynamic young man. He never let his disability and illness get him down. With the loving support from his family, particularly his mum Lisa. Alec lived his life to the max. Now it is time to rest Alec and watch over mum. God rest. God bless. Forever in people's hearts forever more x x x
