In loving memory of Jean Florence Adams who sadly passed away on 4th June 2018.
Jean was a loving mother to Julie, David and Sharon, grandmother to Jane, Michael, Alex, Samantha, Rachael, Carly and Andrea and great grandmother to Amelia, Tommy, Charlotte, Jamie, Tommy, Jack and Robyn.
Jean will be missed by all who knew her and especially by her family.
