Stuart and I served our bookbinding apprenticeship in thomas nelson and son parkside works edinburgh 1957 - 1963 we holidayed in oostende belguim barcelona spain i emigrated to australia in feb 1965 - stuart followed later in 1967 we rented a flat together in moonah hobart and worked again together again in tasmanian government printing office in hobart
I got fired and worked as a salesman selling tools and hardware - stu left hobart to join the local police in devonport tasmania - - then stuart left and returned to edinburgh and back into bookbinding with the university...
stuart and I had some great times together ...think about him a lot .. was a great friend as teenies and as men.
