Mum told me what a lovely fun man he was all those years ago and how he stayed close to Nin and Grandad when they were alive. I am thankful for my big brother Michael and my nieces and nephews. Rest in peace Mr. McGugan

I'll always remember our special Sundays. Sunday roast followed by an afternoon of darts and snooker whilst I stuffed my face with biscuits. I hated snooker and darts but loved spending time with you so wouldn't change it for the world. Max and rex were waiting up there with nan to welcome the most amazing grandad. Love you so much xxx

We’ve lost the patriarch and head of our family but Heaven gained a gentle, kind and loving soul. My heart hurts but I have memories that will never leave and will always make me smile. Words seem empty but my heart is full. Love you now and forever Grandad. Love Jo xxxx

Ps.....the next waltz will be a quick step

I have never met you but your granddaughter Jo spoke very highly of you. You have left a massive hole in her heart as well as everyone else’s. My thoughts and prayers are with your family right now. God bless.
