In loving memory of Pearl Phyllis Smith who sadly passed away on 30th July 2018

A daughter, a sister, a mother, a nan, a great nanny or a friend Pearl was loved by so many.

Pearl married the love of her life Edwin Arthur Smith (aka Ted) on the 19th March 1948 in Birmingham.

Pearl was one of 9 children including step brothers & sisters and as far as we know was the second to last remaining sibling.

Pearl and Ted had two daughters Susan & Janet who went on the have their own children Leigh Anne, Stuart & Carly. Pearl was a a great nanny to Ashleigh, Aaron, Josh & Alfie.

Pearl lived a full & happy life with two trips to Australia to see her brother George and his family, family holidays to Cornwall & bracklsham bay and of corse many trips to the bingo hall with her best friend Doris and more recently David. Pearl enjoyed playing bowls at manor park bowls club where she made lots of friends.

Pearl will be sadly missed by all. Rest in perfect peace xxx

Please could we ask that you wear bright colours if attending Pearl’s funeral.

We also ask for donations to kidney research Uk instead of flowers. It will be immediate family flowers only.
