Gillian Cairns (21 Jun 1961 - 7 Sep 2018)
In loving memory of Gillian Cairns who sadly passed away on 7th September 2018.
Gill was a loving partner to David, a devoted mum to Lianne, Lynne, Emma & Abi and a much loved Grandma to Amy, Ross, Deniz, Devrim & Charlie.
She was a loyal friend to everyone who knew her and a popular colleague.
A celebration of her life will take place at Seafield Crematorium on Monday 17th September 2018 at 3pm.
We have decided to have family flowers only, but will be having a collection for the Respiratory Ward at the Royal Infirmary as they saved her life many times over the years and we are forever thankful to them.
We invite you to share photos and stories of Gill so that we may always remember her. X

Gill my best friend ever to me. Cannot believe you won't be here to make my body ache with laughter we did laugh had great times .i have so many happy memories to cherious .To think we met all these years ago on holiday and I've got the first dvd when we first met that was start of out friendship I am very fortunate to have. You have a great family they have great mum. And david loving partner love to them all. I will be Thinking of you and missing you always gill love Janette xxx

Gill My best friend ever she is a huge loss to me and she was so happy david girls grandkids so proud her family and them of her .am so proud of her she listened to me moaning a few times well more than a few but she has always been there for me no matter what we met over 30+ years ago on holiday and 30+ years later devasted with news she not here love to David and girls grandkids Janette Xxx
