Phil Evans (5 Aug 1933 - 10 Sep 2018)

In loving memory of Philip Edgar Evans who feel asleep for the final time on 10th September 2018, whilst at home with his family.

Born in Foleshill Road, Coventry in 1933, my lovely old Dad lived a simple, but honest and hardworking life and he was the best judge of character i ever knew...

Moving to Ullesthorpe, Leicestershire in 1984, my Father had struggled with breathlessness for the past 3 years but is now at peace, and we are all very happy for him.

His celebration service will be held at Countesthorpe Crematorium on Saturday 22nd September at 11:00am, followed by some light refreshments at The Chequers Inn, Ullesthorpe.

My Father did not like black, so please dress as you wish... oh, and no flowers - my Dad hated to see flowers being cut...

If anyone would prefer to make a donation, we are collecting for the Heart Unit at Glenfield Hospital, Leicestershire where Dad was tended to on numerous occasions - details to follow
