The Queens Hospital, Burton
on 16th September 2018 aged 74 years.

A beloved Wife to Dudley for 51 years.
A loving Sister to Colin and Susan
and a dear Sister-In-Law to
Sylvia, Malcolm and Anne.

The funeral service will be held on
Thursday 11th October at 12.00pm
in the Carnarvon Chapel,
Bretby Crematorium.

Mourners are invited to wear an item of blue
which was Pat's favourite colour.

Floral tributes welcome.
