In loving memory of Barbara Ann Bailey who sadly passed away on 27th September 2018.
By request of the family, no flowers please, but, if desired, donations made payable to The Alzheimers Society' may be sent to C. Terry Funeral Services, 244, Bulwell High Road ,Bulwell, Nottingham NG6. 8NU. A donation box will also be available on the day, outside of the chapel. Donations may also be made on here, on the Just giving page. Mourners are requested to wear something blue/royal blue please.
