At home after a short illness, with his family by his side, on October 5 2018 aged 78, Ashley (formerly of Ferranti), much loved husband of Susan, father of Anita and Steven and grandad of Christopher, Matthew, Zara and Isla. Following a private cremation, a celebration of Ashley's life will be held at the Bruntsfield Hotel, 69 Bruntsfield Place, Edinburgh, EH10 4HH on Wednesday October 17 at 1pm, to which all are welcome. Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Marie Curie Hospice Edinburgh.
