On 15th October 2018 passed away peacefully in Lucerne House aged 82 years of Exeter. Formerly of John Stocker School and St Thomas High School.
Beloved husband of Jackie, loving father of Gareth and Josie, much love Grandpa of Evie. Will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends.
Funeral Service Tuesday 30th October Exeter Crematorium 12.30pm St. Peter's Chapel. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Parkinson's UK by retiring collection or c/o M. Sillifant & Sons. Funeral Directors. 19-20 Holloway St. Exeter. EX2 4JD

I’m so sorry to hear the passing of a lovely sports teacher at st Thomas high school from 1972-1977
Spend a lot of time with him on th sports field and in the sports hall great memories

So very sad to hear of the passing of the man I regarded as not only a teacher but a mentor as well. I have a lot of respect for Mr Clarke who was my form master for 2 years from 1965 to 1967. My best wishes to his family.

Mr. Clarke (Nigel) was my favorite teacher whilst I was at St.Thomas 78 - 82 , A brilliant rugby sports master who had taught me thes playing skills of the great game of rugby. i played for over 30 years i have continued in rugby admnstration in the region, if it wasn't for Nigel i may not have taken my path into rugby RIP.
