In loving memory of Herald Gladstone Hazel who sadly passed away on 5th October 2018

Herald Gladstone Hazel, born 28th April 1932 in the parish of Portland, Jamaica. He was one of six children (one son and five sisters), two remaining sisters. The family is extensive and he was known to them as Uncle Son. He travelled to England by Ship in 1962 where worked in the kitchens during the journey of six weeks. He married Catherine in 1964. He was a fisherman, mini cab driver to name but a few jobs he had had.

He had 9 children and numerous grand, great grand and great-great grand children.

He had lived in Hearne Hill, Wandsworth, Battersea and Thornton Heath. It was when we lived on the Doddington Estate, Francis Chichester Way in Battersea where he met most of his friends. Due to a life threatening illness he had his leg amputated which never stopped him from living his life the way he wanted to.

Loving memories of Uncle Son. Tony, Jenny and mum also shared many. Sorry that mum can't attend.
I remember Uncle at my wedding reception wanting to use his razor. As he said "walk it pon him man". Yes he was upset. He was in the middle if giving a tribute to me. Miss him. He will always be in my thoughts.
