Heartfelt condolences to Chris and family - Sam a true character allowed many of us at HMSO London the opportunity to develop and gain confidence under his watchful eye A few of us still meet every year and stories and anecdotes of Sam abound accompanied with smiles and laughter- we will definately be raising a wee dram or two to him when we meet in a week or two
