One of my first best friends in life.Me,you and Stephen Dorman, doing everything together.down the brook with our fishing nets, putting drawing pins across Wilford road thinking it would pop the buses tyres, hunting for money on the park after the fair had left.our paths crossed many times after that,we both ended up at fairham school and became friends again, then meeting up again in boots after both becoming drivers. My mum always had a soft spot for you, saying you were a lovable rogue.i think that is the best way to describe you, always up for a laugh, always up for a drink, and always up for a fight.i haven’t seen you for a while mate but I miss you now you’re gone.
I’ve had a few best mates, but you and Stephen Dorman will always be my first and I will forever remember you my friend, rest peacefully bud xxxx
