  • Thank you very much, Sue. Mum's slice was reliably challenging...to say the least. That damn slice was an excellent weapon.

Ian Wilson donated £31.95 in memory of Judy

Less than two months ago an ever-cheerful Judy, together with John, spent three happy, trouble-free days with us at our home on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, Australia. Animal-lover that she was, Judy enthusiastically bonded with our menagerie of pets and thrilled at the variety of bird-life that she watched during an idyllic cruise along a local waterway. It seems impossible to believe that she could be gone from us so quickly and so unexpectedly. Rest in peace, Judy, and to John and Tara our deepest and most heartfelt condolences,
Ian & Judith Wilson

  • Ian, thank you so much for your apt words. Mum loved your menagerie - we spent a lot of time talking about all your lovely animals and how much Mum enjoyed spending time with them (and you both, of course). Upon Mum and Dad's return, Mum said a few times how much she would love to go back to zoo-sit all your animals and I had said I would obviously go too. I do hope, very much, that we have the chance to meet. You've both sent so much support and Dad and I appreciate it very much.

Dearest Aunty Judy
I loved our discussions about family and the past especially as we grew older. We shared a true connection through our Clark heritage which will always make me feel happy when I think of you.
Farewell beautiful lady - you were loved and are
very much missed.
Thinking of you Tara and John at this sad time.

It was a shock to hear of Judy’s sudden illness and passing especially after speaking with her on Christmas Day. Judy was a great older sister who often took me and a mate with her to the beach, joined us for skiing holidays and regularly picked up Nana for Sunday lunch, squeezing her into the back of her VW Beetle! Even though Judy & her family usually lived far away in other countries we have many great memories of her visits back to Australia and ours to her place in UK. Our hearts go out to John and Tara.

It was with great sadness when we heard the news of Judith's (Chicks) sudden passing.
We were close as children with Judy coming to stay with us at the racing stables in Pakenham. Once a month I was able to leave boarding school and visit Judy and her brother Cleeve for a few hours fun at her family home in Elsternwick. We lost touch for many years but reconnected in the last ten years or so sharing many fond childhood memories. We were delighted when Judy along with John and Tara came to visit us in Australia. John and Tara if you ever make your way to Australia in the future, the door is always open. Please keep in touch. Our thoughts are with you both. Love Robert and Ivee

  • Robert, thank you so much. Mum always spoke so fondly of you and Uncle Darb and your time together in Pakenham, and was so very happy to have finally found you again. We were both thrilled to have seen you and Ivee after so long and to have met your lovely family. Likewise, please know that you are always welcome in London. Meantime, hope to get to Oz late 2019...so hopefully see you soon!
