In loving memory of Theresa Mary Clucas who suddenly but peacefully died on 4th January 2019, surrounded by her loved ones. Dearly loved wife of Norman, proud mother of Stephen, Helen, Adrian and the late John, loved mother in law of Shane and H, treasured grandma of Kirsty, Tilly, Miles and Callum and dear sister of Peter. She will be greatly missed by all family and friends.
Theresa will be received into Church on Thursday 24th January at 6.00pm.
Interment on Friday 25th January will take place in the churchyard immediately following Mass.
