Peacefully on 1st January 2019 at Jack Simpson House, Phyllis aged 91 years. A much loved mum to John and Yvonne. A treasured little nanny. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service at The Exeter & Devon Crematorium on Tuesday 15th January 2019 at 3pm, St Pauls Chapel.
