In loving memory of Hazel Mary Teresa Firth who sadly passed away on 16th January 2019.
Sadly Mom passed away very peacefully on the 16th January 2019. She will leave a huge gap in all our lives.
The funeral will take place from midday on Thursday 7th February at St, David's Church, Shenley Lane, Birmingham B29 4HH.

We will miss Aunty Hazel so very much. She was so kind and loving. She never missed sending a birthday or Christmas card, and always with something inside for the children. Her lovely smile, kind nature, and wonderful sense of humour will never be forgotten. How I will miss you. Rest in peace.
