Nannie Audrey, a truly great and old school Nannie. The one who taught me how to knit, always had sweets in her handbag, baked pies and sent them to us all. Made the best Sunday dinner and had everyone round when she lived in the Avenue. My childhood memories are of those sat round a glass table, eating Sunday lunch after having spent Saturday evening sleeping over. She then became a great grandma to Daisy who lover her dearly. Rest in peace nannie and say hi to Grandad Jack for me xxxxxxx

  • RIP beautiful lady, always there for me.taught me to knit when I was 5 with thin needles and 3 ply wool! Just 10 years older than me I could tell her anything and know I'd get a sensible reply.I'll miss her so much ,goodbye to my dear aunt and friend. Love you Ros and Peter
