In loving memory of Donald Smith who sadly passed away on 17th February 2019

The funeral will be taking place on 28th February at North East Surrey Crematorium at 10.40 am
After we will make our way to The Station pub on Stoneleigh Broadway

As a family we thought donations rather than flowers , to either Dementia uk or Diabetes uk
