It feels like it's forever
Those golden times we see
For her I played a small part
Though it seemed so big to me

Her house was alway open
A place to meet and be
Weekend, tea time, every time
There for all to see

It was clear for all she was the boss
Small as she may be
Her heart though was the warmest and
Her smile as big as she

I don't share my thoughts for many
Or say the things I feel
But for her I would tell anyone
The love I had was real

It was time to go I know it's true
But there I must confess
I had to shed a tear or two
As I said Goodnight, God Bless x
