In loving memory of John Hugo William Cox who passed away peacefully at Royal Stoke University Hospital on 13th February 2019, aged 82 years. Dearly loved dad of Antony, Sarah-Jane and the late Timothy and father in law to Angela. Treasured grandad of Tara, Gemma, Luke, Joss, Oliver, Oscar and Dominic and a special great grampee, brother, uncle and friend to many.

Donations payable to 'Murray's Charity Accoount' are to be divided between Midlands Air Ambulance and NARA - COPD -The Breathing Charity.
