I only new Andrew a short while, and was struck and impressed by his enthusiasm and honesty. I am really saddened by his premature death, and wish I had met him earlier in life. My deepest condolences to his wife and family at this very sad time. Kind regards Dennis x

Andrew faced death with such a fearless intelligent and stoic attitude that he was an inspiration to many. I do hope that his attitude lives on in all of us who went with him in this journey, from near or afar. My heart goes out to all who knew him, and especially to Christine, his beloved wife, who was by his side devotedly until death parted them.
