Mick contributed so much to Monks' Dyke and Louth that it's not possible to quantify what he did over his time with us. We were so fortunate to be able to work with him and know him as a colleague and a friend. Everyone remembers the transparent beehive and the friendly ducks that wandered through school after four o'clock !
