David Joseph Maunders (3 Oct 1937 - 3 Mar 2019)

To Grandad Dave, I will miss you every day - so many great memories... our chats that went on forever, evenings spent by the fire, games nights at Christmas. One of my favourites was coming to yours for dinner and having oreo biscuits with panna cotta. I’ll also never forget the day you helped me move into my first flat... building all my flat pack furniture and squeezing into a van with Dad and driving to IKEA late that evening to get a part that was missing from my bed! Dear Grandad Dave,
I will always remember your big hugs and how you always smelt so nice, your soft skin, your infectious smile, and your love for baileys round the fire.
