Burney Julian Williams left us on 23rd March 2019. Burney would give you his heart if he thought you needed it and never ask for anything in return. He was proud, loving, caring of others, a true and loyal friend, he loved a good laugh and joke, loved his music, his DVD's, his engines and his garden - he could grow almost anything. His illness really took hold 18 years ago and the pain he suffered over the last few years was immeasurable, watching it happening was heartbreaking and although I tried to do as much as possible, I know it wasn't really enough. I am glad that part is over but my world is empty now. The saying goes - You never know a good thing until it's gone and I never knew how deep my pain would go, how much pain I would have in missing him. Rest now darling but know that I will never stop loving you and missing you, you will be with me always and forever till we meet again. Johanna xx

The world will be a poorer place now Burney, but at least you're no longer in pain, not that you complained. Lovely memories of spending time with you and Jo. The kids in your garden when they were younger touching the furry leaves they still refer to as Burney's Bunnys. The jerk chicken, rice and peas and jamaican rum punch. The care and love you shared with anyone you came in contact with knew no bounds. There are no words for how much you'll be missed. Hugs and kisses Burney and lots of love and hugs to Jo, always here for you Jo xxx

Well Bunny, 14 years together and 2 children, there were some good times. Hope you are finally at rest and your demons have gone. You gave me 2 amazing, beautiful children which I'll always be grateful for, such a shame that you never really got to know the wonderful "real" them. Bye BJ

Burney- you were one of the loveliest, kindest people I have ever met. I thank you and Jo for all the love and support you have given Daniel throughout his life, particularly the last 2 years when he needed you the most. You were the closest thing he had to a father figure and I know he will miss, remember and love you every single day. Rest in peace my friend, and don't worry about Jo, there are lots of us around to take care of her for you. God Bless and keep you safe xxx
