On Tuesday 26th March 2019, passed away peacefully in St James’s Hospital, aged 83 years.
The beloved husband of the late Pat, much loved dad of Lynne, Mark and Debbie, dear father-in-law of Phil and Kerry, loved grandad to Lee, James, Thomas, Sarah, Stephen, Andrew, Kirsty, and Jessica, and great-grandad to Lee, Kayley, Lyle, Annie, Jack, Jacob and Isaac.
The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Lawnswood Crematorium Chapel on Thursday 18th April at 1.40pm prior to cremation.
Family flowers only please, donations may be made in memory of Jack to The British Heart Foundation for which a collection plate will be available at the service.
