Uncle Albert, when I was a little girl and I drove solo with you leaving the Formula 1 in your beautiful Jag, I was frightened. I feel so silly looking back as years went on and I came to know you to be such a kind and gentle person. If I could redo that day, I would have enjoyed every moment, asking questions to learn more about your life experiences. I am so grateful that because of you and my beautiful Auntie Vickie and cousins, Astrid and Heidi, I was able to experience Cyprus twice. I am also grateful for the fond memories at the Rose and Crown and for our family time together in November. I love you Uncle Albert and feel comfort in knowing that you are still with us in spirit. Sending love to you, Auntie Vickie, my cousins, and extended English family.
