Jem, passed away peacefully at home on April 22, 2019 having lost her fight with cancer. She was in the presence of her family. She was a devoted wife to Stuart and mum to Lara and Isabella, dearly loved daughter of Stephen and Trina Cresswell and sister to Abbie Cresswell.
Jem was truly an amazing woman, she was warm and kind and a brilliant role model to Lara and Isabella. She loved life and was the soul of any gathering. Jem was selfless always putting others first. Anyone coming into contact with her was truly blessed. She will be deeply missed.
Please join us to share memories of Jem and celebrate her life with the Funeral Service at West Suffolk Crematorium (St Edmunds Chapel) on Tuesday April 30, 2019 at 11.00am. Please do not wear black clothing. Instead of flowers please provide donations via the link on this page or on the day. I didn't know Jemma, I only wish I had had the honour. As a mother myself of young girls (both of whom will go to Abbotts) this absolutely breaks my heart.
