Peacefully in St. Benedict’s Hospice surrounded by his loving family on April 29th aged 74 years, Alexander (Alec). The much loved husband of Margaret. The loving dad of Michelle and Philip and father-in-law of Colin. The cherished brother of Janice, Carol, Jim and Stephen and the late Judith. A dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend to many. Friends please meet on Tuesday May 14th for service in the Independent Methodist Church, South Hetton at 1.00pm. Committal to follow in Durham Crematorium. All are welcome afterwards to South Hetton Cricket Club for refreshments. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if so desired, to St. Benedict’s Hospice.
