In loving memory of Philip Raymond Jones who sadly passed away peacefully at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd on Wednesday 8th May 2019, aged 83 years. Forever loved husband of the late Shirley Jones, beloved father of Angela and the late Chris Jones. Floral tributes welcome, or donations may be given in memory.
