In loving memory of Edward Kazimierz Prach who passed away peacefully on 7th May 2019 at Wrexham Maelor Hospital, of Kingsmills, Wrexham, aged 71 Years.
Dearly loved husband of Carol, much loved dad of Stefan and Krisia, dear father-in-law to Katie and Simon, proud grandad of Lewis, Seren, Lily, Holly and Lucas, loving son of Jozefa and sadly missed brother of Lalka and Peter.
