I want to thank you Ted for all the love and support you gave to my sister Sue when she was diagnosed with cancer and that support remained until the end last July even though you were extremely ill yourself. Sue always valued the friendship she had with you and always described with fondness the years that she worked with you. Ted, you are at peace now and i am glad that you got the extra time you so desperately wanted with yout family. Love Paula xx

I still can't believe my great mate has left us. I've known Ted for sixty years, longer than anyone else outside of my family. I'll miss our chats and banter especially as we were always only one move away from righting the wrongs of this world. Rest in peace my friend. You were certainly one of the 'Good Guys'
