In loving memory of Samantha Jane Hart who sadly passed away on 18th June 2019 aged 45 years.

Sam was an incredible mother and wife, loved by many, had a great number of friends and is going to be missed by so many people.

Everyone is welcome to join us to celebrate Sam's life and all we ask is that no black is worn, Sam would prefer for everyone to be in bright colours.

We feel blessed to have met you and known you, from meeting you at church with Thomas and little evie, realising gareth knew you from games workshop. Sam and Michael so warm friendly, sam was so good to me when i was struggling with myself. Even though we didnt stay close you were never far from our thoughts. Every time weve bumped into sam Michael and the kids its been fantastic to see sams warm friendly smile. Ive thanked god for the time sam defied the odds and kept fighting.

Sam you will be missed so much by so many, my thoughts and prayers are for michael thomas and evie. A beautiful angel still taken too soon. All our love clare gareth and william

I never really knew you and was only introduced to you just over a month ago, but your plight touched my heart. To see all the bikes turn out last Saturday actually made me cry. You’ll be sadly missed Sam, my sincere condolences go out to your husband and children and to all who loved you.
May you live in their hearts alongside many cherished memories.
Xx
