We had no ending
No said goodbye
For all my life
I'll wonder why

We little knew that morning
God was to call your name.
In life we loved you dearly,
in death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you,
You did not go alone.
For part of us went with you
The day God called you home.
You left us beautiful memories,
Your love is still our guide,
And though we cannot see you,
You are always at our side.
Our family chain is broken,
and nothing seems the same,
But as God calls us one by one,
The chain will link again.

God saw that you were getting tired,
A cure was not to be.
So He put His arms around you
and whispered, "Come with Me."
With tearful eyes, we watched you suffer,
And saw you fade away.
Although we loved you dearly,
We could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating,
Hard working hands to rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes "the best".

Death leaves a heartache
no one can heal;
Love leaves a memory no
one can steal

Those we love remain with us
for love itself lives on,
and cherished memories never fade
because a loved one's gone.
Those we love can never be
more than a thought apart,
far as long as there is memory,
they'll live on in the heart.

Just because you've left us
Doesn't mean that you aren't there
You've gone to Nan in heaven
No more pain you've left to bare
Always loud and crazy
So fun and full of life
Our auntie, nan, sister, daughter
A loving mum and wife
It hurts that you have gone now
We won't see your face again
But in our hearts you'll always be
And the memories remain
So rest in peace dear Auntie Kim
You're finally at rest
You were taken from us way too soon
But God only takes the best.

Rest In Peace Auntie Kim. Until we meet again. Xxxx
